To create a MOOVcard account, please visit:

– www.moovcard.fr, click the “Register” button
– Or download the MOOVcard mobile application on iTunes or Google Play

Click the “Register” button and complete the form.

How to recover a lost password?

Click “lost password” and enter your e-mail address or phone number to get your password.

How to book a Taxi, or VTC or Moto Taxi?

Once you have created your MOOVcard account, you can order a Taxi, a Motorcycle Taxi or a Vehicle via your personal account. You can then choose one of the available modes of reservation (immediate or in advance) and indicate your current location and destination in order to best benefit from our services.

How can I retrieve an item forgotten in a MOOVcard vehicle?

How can I pay?

MOOVcard offers 2 methods of payment:

MOOVcard Prepaid account
– Credit card

The debit is made on arrival.

How can I obtain the receipt after a ride?

Following a reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the invoice of the concerned trip.

How to use a referral code?

If you have a referral code, you can specify it when you register by filling in the relevant field.

How to use a promotional code?

If you have a promotional code, you can check this in “My Account” and benefit from the promotion.

My promotional code does not work?

Your promotional code cannot be cumulated with other codes. That is why it is not taken into account when ordering. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service.

What is MOOVcard for Business?

With MOOVcard for Business, you can organize and manage your employees’ travels with a single account and create user sub-accounts. You can also control your budget and allocate budget ceilings per employee.

How to register  MOOVcard for Business?

MOOVcard for Business is available only on the www.moovcard.fr website. To join MOOvcard for Business, please visit the dedicated section.

 How can I add / remove an employee?

To add/remove an employee, go to your admin interface.
